Call for submissions to Carnival of the Moonbat Cartoonists! Issue #3

Another Carnival of the Moonbat Cartoonists! is coming up. Writers that have something to say about moonbat cartoonists, whether they be local, national or international, criticize or defend, give it your best shot!

Sumbission deadline is midnight May 12th, and the carnival will be posted that Saturdy morning.
